Guide to install Apache 2.0.40 & PHP 4.2.3

Hi everybody !

I just wrote a little install note for PHP 4.2.3 and Apache 2.0.40 on a Windows XP platform (didn't test with Apache 2.0.42). The thing is, it's written in French, but since you're reading this post, you're a PHP addict so you're a clever-enough person to understand the doc :

Note : I recommand uninstalling all previous Apache versions, else it's gonna bug a bit.
