request for copy of config files

Having continuing problems trying to get PHP to work with Apache.
Appreciate if someone could send working copies of httpd and php.ini files.
I am using win ME with Apache 1.3.23 and PHP 4.x. Set for CGI mode.
Issue is that browser finds and load test php file ok but does not display PHP section. HTML section displays ok.

Solved problem in the end by reloading php triad ( for the third time ).
