I'm running apache on win2000. tar.exe and gzip.exe don't appear to work. Are there particular versions or specific set ups needed for my combination.
tar.exe & gzip.exe don't come with any version of Windows.
If your trying to extract files from a tar.gz archive, you might be better off using winzip (www.winzip.com); it works great for tar.gz archives on a Windows platform.
