Including Something from one page in another!

Can someone please help me?
I have a page I'm using as a template, I'm including it on all my pages using php include.
On the template the menu is located, I want to add a submenu from another page on this page.

For example
Someone browses to the music page, the normal menu shows on the template alongside a menu defined by the music page.

But I only want the sub menu to appear when the user browerses to the music pages.

You could set a variable BEFORE the include on each page, the variable being the name of the submenu to include. So for instance,

----- musicpage.html ------

$submenu = "music.php";
include ("menu.php");

-------- menu.php -----------

HOme
Music
Movies
Forum

include ($submenu);

That way the submenu could be defined by the stuff on the page. That what you meant? You could also use a fancy shmancy category based approach like what I'm doing here:
