My hosting provider doesn't have cURL compiled in with PHP, so I need an alternative.
Basically what I'm looking to do is POST to UPS's SSL server to get package tracking information.
The fsockopen() function says it only supports SSL in PHP 4.3.0 and up... while the latest release version seems to be 4.2 something...?
Any ideas?
