How to fetch client data: browser, charset, language, country

When a client access a PHP page... How do I find out what
1. browser type and version he is using.
2. charset he is using (i.e. ISO 8859-1 and so on).
3. what language he is using.
4. which country.

Using PHP of cource.....??
