help with print

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to make a print button that only outputs a cetain layer?

The reason I'm asking is because I externally load my pages into a layer. Therefor only that layer should be printed.

If this is possible.... please tell me how.... (or point me in the right direction).

Use javascript to print, redirect if necessary

I know javascript makes me print my page, but I was wondering if I can just print that one layer without redirecting.

If I redirect, they will get a javascript error, and that might confuse the less advance web-user. This is not the idea of my page.

so once more, can I print a single layer from a page containing several layers.

Why don't you hide the layers you don't want to print?
