I have written an XML / Web Services application for retrieving information we are granted to retrieve from a remote server.
I chose to use the NuSoap class for PHP for ease and everything was developed and tested on Apache / PHP on Windows XP, Windows 98 and Red Hat Linux 7 and 8 from various server IP addresses.
When I upload all of the files to our Cobalt Server a "Page cannot be displayed" message is always displayed after a few seconds. When I comment out any SOAP requests, the page will display any other content. I am guessing the problem is here.
I asked teh suppliers of the web-service and they assure me there is no specific IP blocking in place, so I guess the problem must arise on our server.
Has anyone had this problem with SOAP on their server before?
