FAQ/Help Scripts?

Any recommendations/experience with script to manage and display FAQ/Help sections of a site? Thanks.

I'm looking for something just like this:

It has dynamic hierarchical menus and navigation back to the main menu.

But, that script only works with IE and I require a FAQ to work with several browsers.

ok, after going through a few dozen FAQ scripts, I like this one:
http://www.phphelper.net/faqman.php

It is straightforward --- easy for a user to find an answer. Also, the admin and user interface are simple.

Does someone else have their own favorite?
