Server Resume?

Hi,

does php have a way of finding out if a server supports the resume feature that most dl managers have?

i've looked in the php manual and it doesn't say anything about it (that i can find) and there isn't anything about it in the forum...but maybe just maybe someone might know if there is 😃.
