See if there is a LIMIT you can do under OCI. I know there is one in MySQL. The other way which is REALLY bad CODING in my opinion, is to pass a Loop Limit with the link. Like 10 for the next link off the first page. Then you could use a for loop or maybe a mysql_record_seek().
