I'm having a difficult time trying to include a PHP script that will upload pictures to a databse. Most of the database manipulation scripts available for download use the open_basedir command, but I get a restrictions error when I run them. My hosting company hasn't been too helpful, so does anyone know a way around this, or if there is a better web hosting company that will work with me.
