Form Refresh ?

Anbody know what the easiest way to redraw a form is?

For example, I have a text area with a "Clear" option. By redrawing the form, this should clear it (I think).

Also, does anybody know what the max char count can be for a text area? I'm guessing 32k, but I'm not really sure.

Or do I misunderstand something?
