hm, anyone now how to create on button event , for instance ( onclick) playing the music,

for instance <input type=button onclick="ftp://bbbbbbb.lv/one.mp3">

how to make that this file will be played but not downloaded

you can't.
The only thing you could do with playing a non downloaded mp3 is to play it on server via a shell command(nice for the webserver admin stuck in his cubicule next to his 40 cobalt boxes...) which would achieve approximatly zilch 🙂

so it's impossible to stream without letting them download?

and what about vice-versa. Can they download but don't allow stream?

maybe I am confused with streaming and simply opening?

you can stream but not mp3s... use a streaming technology 🙂
