Map script.

Just wondering if someone has som code for a litte Map/roadmap script that does the following:

First it loads a .gif(ie. size: 700x546), then when i press my mouse button somewhere on my .gif-map it creates a red dot to mark the spot. After i created the dot i would like the adressbar to be something like this: www.stuff.com/script.php?400&240 . And then it will create a red spot on the exactly same coordinate as the 1:st user did. so i easily can show other people something on a map.
