PHP Date Function

Hey guys and girls,

I have a little problem that has got me baffled with php... and it has to do with the date() function. I'm using a while loop and I'm stepping through days for example I have it start with 10-10-2002 and step one day at a time till 11-01-2002. When it gets to 10-27-2002 it busts and loops forever. The way i'm adding one to the date is going to strtotime format then doing date + 12460*60. I tried just doing 10-27-2002 (str version) and addding one day and then echoing them and they still show as 10-27-2002 but works for all other dates. I then tried it for 10-26-2003 and i get the same bug.
Any ideas?

I was reading about this yesterday. It has to do with daylights savings time. instead of looping from the time for the start of every day start at 12pm that way when the time changes by one hour in Oct and April you will still be moving ahead one day.

Hope that makes sense, I dont know a lot about it, its just something I read recently.
