i´ve an mysql table with the following structure

mysql tabelle

now i will create an table in html with following structure

_________1.1._2.1._3.1._4.1.
brett1kai__kai_bernd_karl
brett2kai_karl_____________kai
brett3bernd
brett4____________________________________
