Under the View menu in IE or Character set in Netscape
click the Encoding menu and select the Unicode (UTF-8)
it will work in most cases.
Which browser you are using and which version.
In IE6 it works without using any tweeking.
if you are coding your own pages then use charset clause to define the language you are going to use.
