Variables

I have a page 'A' and on that page is a variable '1'. I include another page on 'A' called 'B'. On page 'B' I include a page 'C'. How can I get '1' accessable in 'C'?

I have tried most things but can't get it too work.

Include 'A' in 'C'

execute assignment to a variable...
include B
include C
everything executed up to this point and in local scope is accesible, including page A.
