i'm sure its possible to send a fax, but tomkleijkers is right, unless your server has an out line for phone you cant really fax anyone. unless you have a fax machine on the network, then you could access it.
or if your users have a dsl, and a modem, i guess you could have them use their phone line to send the fax.
but in answer to your question, yes you can.
