Week numbers from a particular date

Hi all,

I am trying to get a list of week numbers displayed in a drop down list from a particular date (oct 2001) till today...

So let's say I want it to list Week 43, 2001.. Week 44, 2001 etc... reset to week 1 at 2002 (and consequent years) and go on to the present day 🙂

If you can help me with this (coughcodecough), then please respond 😉
