I'm in need of a professional newsletter script

that is complex and has a good list of features.

please do not forward me to any script archives like resourceindex.com or hotscripts.com, I already checked those and didn't find any good ones.

I don't mind in which language it has been programmed and the price doesn't really matter too (up to $2000 is okay).

No Open Source Solutions unless they are bugfree and stable in security.

Any ideas where I could find something like that?

I have no idea what this is like but it has a fairly sophisticated website to support it with a forum etc - http://www.php-tools.de/site.php?&file=patNewsletterOverview.xml

I also receive smart looking newsletters generated by Topica which I guess means http://www.email-publisher.com/signup/ but you could do your own search.
