Auto Reply an email by recognized the email subject or email body

Is there a way to regonize a email subject or email body ... then reply automatically to the sender using PHP? For example: User A send an email to User B ... the email subject is 'CC' ... the User B server will reply automatically with some info stored in the db with specified content for the subject 'CC'. Or if the subject is empty, the user B server will reply automatically with all the some help info from the web site. Anyone knows how to do it? Thanks.
