Referring Page Question

Not sure I'm posting this question in the right place.

However, is it possible to have a one page url that automatically refers or redirects to another URL?

For example: www.yes.com when clicked goes to www.no.com. (note: these are only examples to explain my question; neither url is connected to my knowledge.)

In js something like this:
