Mail this Page

I am new to PHP and seeking help from all you PHP wizards.
I want to include a 'mail this page' option on a web page. Please someone tell me how it is done.
I am using PHP4.
I want the whole page (not just the address) sent to one or more recipients. The page doesn't have any forms etc. I also want to know whether the tables etc., will be displayed correctly in the email client.

You should store the page in a variable or in a file when you generate it.
Then take a look here, there're several classes for sending e-mails.

But please tell me which of these classes (there are several on mime type emails) are most helpful if you have worked on similar stuff.
please tell me on what file to store it..it is an html file.
