does anyone have a very simple sample script for connecting to and using LDAP with PHP on the windoze platform? I was asked to do some LDAP stuff at work and I have been muddling with it for a while now and i am getting this:
Searching for (sn=S*) ...
Warning: LDAP: Unable to perform the search: No such object in C:\web\apache\htdocs\ldaptet.php on line 18
Search result is
im using the sample code from php.net and i installed openldap on my machine for testing.
logic would tell me that i need to set up an LDAP DB on my machine now and populate it, however i am unable to locate any good documentation that helps with this crusty setup 🙂
p.s. please dont give me any RTFMs or Istall LINUX responses i am stuck with what they give me at work and i have been RTFMing all day
