Session/Redirect Probs

Scanning the forum has resulted in a couple of similar questions to mine, but none of the answers seem to work.

I am losing my session when I try to do a header redirect. If I don't do the redirect, the session information is set. It works on an almost identical server set up. PHP 4.2.3 and Apache on Free BSD. Any ideas or similar experiences? This isn't my code but it seems to work on just about every other machine that uses it. Thanks.

Try header("Location: yourfile.php?".sid);

sid is a constant defined by php which is null if the user accept cookies.
