I have upgraded phpdev4 to phpdev423 with apache 1.3.27/php423+Zoptmizer/mysql4/phpmyadmin/InvisionBoard/other bits and bobs , theres also a mod_perl add-on this time around with PHP-GTK to come soon.
phpdev is basically a pre-configured setup of the above
