need hosting with xsl/xml support. help!

(A complete beginner asks..)

I want to create a few static web pages that each pick out some of the data from one xml file.
I think a php xslt transformation is the easiest way with the least coding of any sort.

Am I correct?

My ISP (BT) supports php4 and 5 but neither build includes with xslt.

Why don't they load it?
Is there any way to get them to change?
Do other UK ISPs load it?
