HTTP server, PHP, SSL on XP Pro - what, where, and why?

I need help setting up my clients server. (he decided to buy his own server and a T1 connection 😃)

Here is what i am thinking:

Apache 1.3..
PHP 4
openSSL

I need SSL for the credit card payments, but i do not know what to do as most of the stuff i have seen so far requires Telnet access and i do not know how to se this up.

Anyone know how to install openSSL and Mod-SSL on a APACHE server running on XP Pro?

Also, how do i turn thesame server into a SMTP one too (i knide need that option too).

Oh yeah, and i need MySQL too, but i know how to install APACHE, PHP and MYSQL as i have done it before
