PHPEdit Language Problems

Is their a english language for PHPEdit? I started the program and was getting questions in French. I could make our the jist of them, but does anyone know if there is a english language pack for this software. Or maybe i downloaded from the wrong site.

Why not email them ??
If you download the development version you will see it has a lot more english, but it may be a bit buggy.
