Local PHP program

I have win 2000 PC; I cannot be always connected to Internet. I want to be able to test my php web page/scripts on my local 2000 PC. Do you of any php program that I can load and run on my PC to test my web page locally?

Get the Apache Web Server. Works on both Linux and Windows. You can get your free copy at http://www.apache.org

NightStar means, that it's suitable to set up a webserver on your computer. Still, in case you install Apache, you won't get php, as it isn't shipping with apache. PHP you can download at http://www.php.net . technically, you don't need web-server to run php scripts, but in case you develop web-pages, it's extremely useful.
