Hi,
On my server, safe_mode = ON. But i dont see the safe_mode_gid variable in the php.ini file. Even if i add this line and give its value as On/Off...and restart the server, the value is not recognised by the server...
am i going wrong somewhere??? I need this as i'm trying to remove the UID checking which the server does when safe_mode is ON.
Any help???
PHP Version is 4.0.6

Can you just remove the line:
safe_mode_gid = ???
And it will be gone forever?
PLEASE HELP, LOSING BUISSNESS AFTER A SERVER CHANGE!
