php intallation with sybase extension on windows

after enabling the sybase extension in php.ini file while strating it gives me an error saying thet libct.dll not found at specified path.all the paths are set corrctly becoz all other extensions are working fine.where can i get this file from i even tried installing ms sql server client tools but nothing seems to work please help me !!!!!

There is some error with sessions also as when i try to run a program it gives me the following error :

THis is all while i am installing php for the first time ...

What OS are you using? If you are using a windows system, then try changing the session.save_path variable in php.ini to something like c:\temp (thats the one I used, but you obviously dont have to use the same).

If you are using a *nix based system, then does PHP have RW access to the /tmp directory? does the /tmp directory even exist?
