help me out in send mail...

In the sendmail server, we have set the from address as "[e-mail]". Some of the mail servers reject the mails from this id, though web2.backwash.com is a valid subdomain.

Anybody knows the reason why they are getting rejected?
Please help me out.

Generally you can get rejected from server you are trying to send to because they put you on a list of people to not allow email from.
