admin login problem

i setup php 6.0 and after installation welcome page ask me to create a super user, so i type in my admin id and password
then i click submit it loops to login so i try logging in as my
admin id and password, it keeps looping back, just like refreshing
a page no login error nothing over and over again, each time you click on the home page message to create a super user, it takes you straight to admin id login, and just loops over and over again,
can some one help me please

yes php 6.0
i droped the database and fixed that error, but it still won't let me change the site preferences from the admin section, but i can administer everything else,
and im also tring to figure out when i add on another module why
it links to forbidden, i thought you might have to create a seperate block, because it links to home page of addon but when you click a link, it goes to forbidden all files are there.

The most recent version of PHP I am aware of is 4.2.3 Where did you get a 6.0 version ? Are you sure you're not talking about PHPNuke or something ?
