Ok, I don't know what the problem is. I've done this in the past with no problems whatsoever. I have a table w/ 5 columns. Headers are sku(tinyint,10), product(varchar,255), type(carchar,255), price(float,8), sale(tinyint,1,default=0).
The file came out of a huge Excel workbook that I saved as a csv. There are about 9 thousand lines in this file.  The first time I did it the thing actually worked, but I inserted it into the wrong table, so I kinda screwed that up. When I try to get them into the right db it only inserts about 241 lines out of all 9k. It doesn't seem to have any reason for just chosing those, either. It does the first entry, then skips about 48ish and starts insearting more and then skips somewhere else. Anyone have any ideas?
The *.csv can be found atjazon.tqhosting.com/test.csv It's about 500k.
Also, if know one knows what the prob is does anyone have any other ideas to get that many records into the DB w/o manually entering them?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
