how can i get visitor's email address

i need to know if there is a way to find or to get visitor email address to my site...

You can findout the persons hostname or IP, but cant find out a username. You might not even be able to find out the true hostname if the person is behind a firewall or on a local subnet.
Since HTTP is a "connectionless" protocol, ie. the webserver just blindly gives out pages to whomever requests a page without knowing (other than an IP) who that person is.

I have found this only to work about 35% of the time, but if you can get an ip address, and search google for it, you may find posts by that ip address to forum sites with the same content as your site.

But on the fly, for each visitor, nope, can't do it.

I hope your not building a spamming database.
