i'm having trouble installing the pear package manager on debian. whenever i give the folowing command
lynx -source http://pear.php.net/go-pear | sh
the following text appears:
sh: ?php: No such file or directory
YOU NEED TO RUN THIS SCRIPT WITH PHP NOW!
Try this: lynx -source http://pear.php.net/go-pear | php -q
then i run the suggestion which was made and it gives back the following:
bash: php: command not found
i'm not sure of what i have to do to install the pear package manager.
TIA
