drop down multiple selections

Hi there,

This is probably the easiest thing in the world, yet I don't see it in any of my books that I have, nor have I found it on any forums as yet. I could be looking for the wrong thing though.

Anyways, I want to create a drop down box that will allow multiple selections, once that is done and the form is submitted, how do you find out what the user selected? Does it become an array variable? If someone could shed some light on this subject I would be most appreciative.

I have seen similar code like this for javascripting, but I want to do it for PHP. I'm not sure how this pertains.

In other words: just add multiple to your <select> tag and name it as an array... you can then access that array which will contain your selections...
