muilti_user problems

I made the main site in this directory
/var/www/htdocs/

if i want to create a new user named jd023
and his web directoy is /home/jd023/ the same as his folder!

so i want visit his site(php files should be under the directory /var/www/htdocs the same as main site??) in this way

what can i do.

you can do symbolik like

ln -s /home/gd023/ gd023

is accually at the /home/gd023 ...
