Is there a forum to advertise a PHP-MySQL Contractor position?

I see that this site has over 1600 profiles of PHP developers. Is there a way to advertise a PHP-MySQL position I have (instead of spamming each and everybody on the list)? This is a contract (on-site) position in Louisville, KY starting in Nov 2nd week. Any help would be appreciated!

php.net has a links page which recommends a few job posts, so maybe there would be a good place to start. I think that some of them are generic employment portals, but I haven't really gone looking.
