Hello! I need some help from anybody here regarding the upload file. Currently i'm using PHP+IIS on windows. The error says cannot read and open the uploaded file from my local pc, no such file.

Do you have correctly configured your php.ini file?
which part of php.ini should I change? For your info, previously on apache the codes runs properly. Anyway thanks for your reply.
Don't be lazy and read the manual. I have no time looking for every specific information. :p
Have you set your "temp"-dir where the uploaded file should first be stored?
