MySQL question

I am running WindowsXP Pro SP1, Apache 1.3.27, PhP4.2.3, and a MySQL DB. I am prettymuch a noobie to PHP and stuff

What I would like to know is this: What is the best way to add, alter, and/or drop tables in MySQL considering my above configuration?

Do I need to install phpmyadmin? Will phpmyadmin even work on my system as described or is that for unix only?

What about WinMySQLAdmin? Do I use that also?

I havent used WinMySQLAdmin, but phpMyAdmin works for you. It really is the best opensource mysqladmin there is. You dont need anything else...
