Regular Expression Help

I am using php to parse a couple of html files. All files have the following tags:

<meta name="description" content="page explanation">
<meta name="keywords" content="word1, word2, etc...">

I have been able to use regx to determine that the tags are present, however I am having some issues placing the contents of the "content" section into a variable.

Would someone please help me with this part?
