Generating Random Words

I know how to generate random numbers with the rand() function, but what about words?

This would help me a lot.

Does anyone know the code for it?

Try:

$asc =  mt_rand(65,122);
if ($asc < 91 || $asc > 96) $password .= chr($asc);
if(strlen($password) == 8) $break = true;

Depends if you want real words, or if you want just a mix of different characters.

If you want real words, then you are gonna have to get yourself an information source of all possible words (or a subset of those you wish to use) and pick a random one from that.
