problem with php_domxml.dll

Win 32 apache
I am trying to use the xslt_create() function but am getting and error. now I have downloaded the latest beta of php 4.3.0 r2

I have installed

Apache, php 4.3
salbot,expat,libxml2-2.4.26,libxslt-1.0.22

I have the apache loading the php as a module.
and I have the extenstion in php php_domxml.dll loaded

here is what I think is the problem
php_domxml.dll with php 4.1 is 48kb in size
with 4.3 it is 388kb in size does anyone know where I can download the latest working php_domxml.dll?
