I keep receiving a message that says my java script needs fixed, and the message appears at the botton left hand of my computer. Evedentally this error in my java script is causing problems in my email, games, and will not allow me into some web sites. Forgive me for being ignorant in the computer world but wont someone please HELP😕

the problem I am guessing is with EA games. it says the java is corrupted or misinstalled. See attachment for exact error message.
There wasn't an attachment.
Sorry about the attachment....but the error still reads (java corrupted or misinstalled) and now I am receiving another error when in my email and basically it tells me that my java script needs to be turned on.....thanks in advance
Okay. You could download the latest JRE from Sun but it is a rather large download. Or, you could find it on your installation cd. As for JavaScript (not java script), it should already be turned on unless you turned it off. Are you talking about ActiveX? Sorry, I don't mean to question you like that. I just run in to things like that in my line of work.
here, you most likely need this, the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) from Sun. go here and click the link that says Click Here To Begin, it will automatically install for you.

when u r viewing ur email . you get the javascript error?
Are u using a Browser for this purpose if so try resetting the browser options.
if this doesnt work, try to install new version of the browser
