Ok, I'm using a theme for my new site in development (http://test.mikhailtech.com) and there's CSS for custom input boxes (search, vote, submit, etc). However, the background color for those boxes is a pale brown, yet I haven't specified that color to be used anywhere. Furthermore, I can't seem to change the background of those boxes either; if I do it changes the background of the circular input fields on the right side as well (in the survey module). Here's part of the stylesheet that's relevant:
FONT {FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; FONT-SIZE: 10px}
TD {FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; FONT-SIZE: 10px}
BODY {FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; FONT-SIZE: 10px}
P {FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; FONT-SIZE: 10px}
DIV {FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; FONT-SIZE: 10px}
INPUT {BORDER-TOP-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-LEFT-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-RIGHT-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-BOTTOM-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-TOP-WIDTH: 1px; BORDER-LEFT-WIDTH: 1px; FONT-SIZE: 10px; BORDER-BOTTOM-WIDTH: 1px; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; BORDER-RIGHT-WIDTH: 1px}
TEXTAREA {BORDER-TOP-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-LEFT-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-RIGHT-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-BOTTOM-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-TOP-WIDTH: 1px; BORDER-LEFT-WIDTH: 1px; FONT-SIZE: 10px; BORDER-BOTTOM-WIDTH: 1px; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; BORDER-RIGHT-WIDTH: 1px}
SELECT {BORDER-TOP-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-LEFT-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-RIGHT-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-BOTTOM-COLOR: #000000; BORDER-TOP-WIDTH: 1px; BORDER-LEFT-WIDTH: 1px; FONT-SIZE: 10px; BORDER-BOTTOM-WIDTH: 1px; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; BORDER-RIGHT-WIDTH: 1px}
FORM {FONT-FAMILY: Verdana,Helvetica; FONT-SIZE: 10px}
What code do I need to put in to change the BGcolor of the input box, but not the background color of the circle inputs?
EDIT: seems like it's the same in other themes like this as well ... is this some sort of default CSS color state?
