Looking For Date Range Script

I am looking for a script where I can enter a date, and it can tell me the date for X number of days ahead or before that date.

Telling which day of the week the dates fall on would be an added bonus.....

note: the script needs to account for a range that may roll over from one month to the next, and even one year to the next..
